The internship program is well structured so that interns know what they will be learning and doing each week of the three-months program The focus of the internship program is thought leadership development (High-level Digital PR).
We offer these apprenticeships (internships) to risk-neutral people who want to either create their own agency one day or want to acquire specific niche skills to get employed. All apprentices work with AVR
Working at least 10 hours per week remotely or full-time on-site with AVR is the norm for all interns. It's how they get certificates and referral letters. The internship is unpaid.
