Our core team is made of people with global mindset but also respect for cultural differences. iSEE is a venture marketing capital agency (VMCA). We charge equity and cash for our services. Our contractors are presented as part of our client's internal teams. Clients can internalize iSEE resources as they scale. Many of our contractors have been awarded stock options or equity worth millions.

Apprenticeships that make a difference

"We offer apprenticeships (internships) to risk-neutral people who want to either create their own agency one day or want to acquire specific niche skills to get employed. We also offer contacts to some of our clients that may employ our apprentices. We don't offer full-time positions. However, almost all our clients are willing to compensate work with stock options or equity, making the likelihood of making more money than with just a salary larger than average. However, there is a risk that you would only get the skills and ridiculous amounts of money. In the worst case scenario you would only laugh about the money you made."

Learn in a well structured program the skills that matter. By working directly with AVR you would get to learn the ins and outs of creating lasting value for companies. Ideally you would already share and advance the 'to-do mentality'. From how to publish real books on Amazon to how to grow a successful network of partners to promote your interests and acquire a stable source of leads. You would also get to learn how to use cutting-edge tools to place media content in powerful online outlets. All learned skills are easily transferrable.
